On December 28th, 2018, we launched our very first her-people experience. We figured, "done is better than perfect," and launched a website we designed ourselves, without instructors confirmed or location booked.
The plan was to continue working on the event details while building awareness for our new concept, meeting once a week for four weeks with 15 people. Then, when everything was ready, we would tell our friends and family and hopefully, people would be interested. Right? Nope.
Ten days after launching, 15 people signed up and we very quickly shifted gears from building awareness to delivering the very best experience possible. With top-notch instructors in a location that was on-brand and accessible. All the while curious as to who these 15 people were...
